Terms & Conditions - Venitti sp. z o.o.

1. B2B Only

Venitti sells exclusively to registered businesses within the European Union. A valid VAT number is required upon registration and must be verified before placing orders.

2. Prices

All prices are in euros (EUR) and are exclusive of VAT (net prices). Reverse charge applies within the EU.

3. Registration and Account

To make purchases, you must register an account and provide a valid VAT number. Your account will be manually reviewed and approved. Venitti reserves the right to deny access without providing a reason.

4. Payment

Payments are processed through Shopify Payments. Orders are processed only after payment is received.

5. Shipping

Shipping is handled by courier or postal service, depending on destination. Shipping cost and delivery time are displayed at checkout. The risk is transferred to the buyer upon handover to the courier.

6. Returns & Claims

Returns are accepted only in the case of defective or damaged items. Customers must contact us within 3 days of delivery.

7. Limitation of Liability

Venitti is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, or any consequential damage.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Polish law. Any disputes shall be settled by a court in Poland.

9. Copyright

All images and content on the website are the property of Venitti and may not be copied, used, or distributed without written permission. Violations may result in legal action.
